I could not let this day pass without sending you a note of deep appreciation. We have relied on Golden Auto Clinic for the past six years.
I am more than satisfied with the outcome on the repairs of my Jeep Liberty. I realize we were all in a position we would rather not find ourselves. Never once did I doubt the integrity of your service technicians. Mistakes are inevitable, though we work hard to avoid them at all costs. In my mind, you and your service department did all you could possibly do to remedy a difficult situation.
This was a terrifying incident for me, it could have been so much worse. What I know for sure is that I had an angel on my shoulder. What I also know for sure is that when good people are given the opportunity to take the high road, they will. I had that faith in you and your team , you did not let me down.
You will be the "go to" guys for any service needs of our friends and family. Thank you for being the people of integrity I've always known you to be.

Dear Golden Auto Clinic,
First off let me say that I am my own mechanic most of the time. I do not pay for anything which I can do myself. That said, I recently had troubles which I could not handle and I brought my 1997 Dodge Dakota pickup truck in to you for repairs. The truck would not pass emissions despite me sinking almost $200 into it for my own repairs. You guys got my truck working again which is what I would have expected from any mechanic and I thank you for it.
However, your shop did not just repair the truck and send me on my way. You also took the time to take my truck and get the emissions tested again (it passed this time). I was grateful for that because it saved me an hour or so of my time. Then when I got home, I realized that even this wasn't the end of little things you did. Who ever worked on my truck also took the time to apply lubricant to my door hinges and locks, to include the tailgate. All of these things were squeaky and sometimes failed to latch. I never bothered to take care of them because 1 did not want to spend the time of effort to fix an insignificant squeak. But your shop mechanic did.
Frankly I am astounded and very impressed. I am not used to receiving the quality and completeness of service I got from your shop. I am used to companies doing the minimum and leaving it at that. So I thank you very much for showing me that you will take better care of my truck than I even do. I wished to write this letter both in appreciation, and in recognition of a job VERY WELL DONE. You took better care of my truck than I would have if I had been able to repair it myself
